How Our Guarantee Works
Full Satisfaction Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to evaluate your game.
The game must have been delivered to the original purchaser to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
Condition Requirements
All game components are covered from manufacturer defects. Shipping damage or loss is not covered.
Digital products are not included in "damage" claims.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to initiate an exchange or request for store credit.
Submit detailed pictures and a description of the issues with the product to our customer service team.
We will carefully consider your request and upon our findings, issue or not issue an approval for exchange or store credit.
What's Not Covered
To maintain the integrity of our guarantee and prevent potential misuse, the following are NOT eligible for return:
Games that have been damaged during shipping or appear to show intentional damage or misuse.
Orders of incorrect products. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct desired item.
Exchanges without customer support approval.
Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
Digital or downloadable game versions.
Promotional or limited edition sets purchased at special rates.
Exchange & Store Credit Details
Approved exchange requests for an identical or similar value game will be processed free of charge but you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Store credit may be given in lieu of an exchange if an exact or similar product is not available. Refusal of exchange or store credit may result in forfeiture of guarantee.
Refunds will not be issued or approved for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
Protecting Against Misuse

Decline coverage of this guarantee for any order that does not meet our strict requirements
Limit or eliminate exchanges from accounts with multiple or questionable return histories
Investigate and potentially refuse service to accounts demonstrating pattern of potential abuse
