THE SKIN DEEP (Skin Deep, LLC) is a registered company in the United States. When you browse our website and shop online the following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply. Be sure to read this document, along with our Privacy Policy.

You're a human curious about connection and exploring the relationships around you. That's great! To legally place an order with THE SKIN DEEP, you must be at least 18 years of age and own a credit/debit card which you are authorised to use.

Placing An Order:

When you place an order at THE SKIN DEEP, you will be sent an ‘order confirmation’ email detailing the goods you have ordered. Your payment method will be authorized and charged automatically.

To place an order, you must supply THE SKIN DEEP with some required personal information. By doing so, you confirm that the personal information which you are required to provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to order goods on THE SKIN DEEP website, and by placing an order you therefore confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

We accept debit cards, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and most major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

If you wish to cancel your order you'll have a limited time to do so, as our fulfilment centers work quickly! Please reach out as soon as possible, and we'll attempt to cancel your order. If we have a problem with your order, we'll get in contact through the details you've provided.

If you've ordered more than one product, there's a slight chance that your order will be sent from multiple fulfillment centers. If this applies to your order, you'll receive a notification in your shipping email and your items may arrive in a few different parcels.

All orders are subject to availability. Occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, discontinued or we believe there may be something wrong with the your account. If you think we've made a mistake, please reach out to us on any of the contact details mentioned above.

We reserve the right to suspend all future deliveries to a particular customer account or address in the event of any of these Terms & Conditions being breached.


All prices are in GB Pound Sterling and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

As we update the site, occasionally we may find that a price, product description or promo has been posted incorrectly. If we find an error in your order we'll get in contact as soon as possible and give you the option of reordering at the correct price or cancelling. If you opt to cancel we will refund you in full.

Discount codes cannot be stacked or applied to products already on sale or on offer.

Delivery costs will be charged and calculated at checkout.

We like to offer our community promotions, so occasionally you'll receive discount codes which will drop the price of the products you are looking to buy.

Please remember to add the discount code at checkout. Each code will have specific T&Cs which will be highlighted in the email or shred on our social media platforms.

If we notice misuse of any discount code, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order(s) in question.

Pricing Errors:

We try to ensure that the prices displayed on THE SKIN DEEP website are correct. In the unlikely event that an error is made in the price shown on the site, THE SKIN DEEP will not be obliged to supply the goods to you at the incorrectly stated price. In these circumstances, we shall cancel the order and advise you via email that the order had been cancelled.

For the avoidance of doubt, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could easily have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged provide the goods to you at the incorrectly-listed price.

Pre-order Pricing:

Where goods are offered for sale on THE SKIN DEEP site prior to general release, the price shown for those goods is subject to change. In the event that we reduce the price, we will charge you the lower price. In the event that we increase the price, we will charge you the price that was listed on THE SKIN DEEP site at the time that you placed the order. In the unlikely event that an error is made in the price shown on the site, THE SKIN DEEP will not be obliged to supply the goods to you at the incorrectly-listed price. In these circumstances, we shall cancel the order and advise you via email that the order has been cancelled.

In the event that you have already paid for a new release which we subsequently reduce in price before the release date, we shall refund you the difference between the original price and the new lower price to the original method of payment.


Payment for goods and any applicable delivery charges can be made using the following methods of payment; American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and most major credit cards, as well as Paypal

Payment is processed by us at the moment that the order is confirmed by you.

Pre-orders paid for via credit and debit cards shall be charged at the time the order is placed, with the understanding that the goods will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

If we cannot take payment from you for whatever reason, we shall inform you and your original order will be cancelled and you will be requested to submit a new order with updated payment details or an alternative accepted payment method. If the order fails our security measures in relation to payment tendered, the order will be cancelled. We shall have no liability to you for any goods that we cannot subsequently supply (e.g, in the case of stock rupture) if the dispatch of pre-release goods are delayed due to your methods of payment failing.

Promotional Discount Codes:

We occasionally offer promotional discount codes which will entitle the holder to a discount. Valid discount codes can only be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively.

Discount codes can only be used on THE SKIN DEEP site and will be subject to the terms and conditions supplied with the discount codes. Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined.

Confirmation of Order:

Completion of the online checkout process constitutes acceptance by us of your offer to purchase goods from us. Our acceptance of the order takes place immediately and you will be charged accordingly.

Your order is an offer to buy goods from THE SKIN DEEP, and we will dispatch them duly.

Contract Creation:

Submitting an order through THE SKIN DEEP website constitutes the creation of a contract between THE SKIN DEEP and purchaser. At that point (and not before), a contract will come into existence between you and us, for the sale by us, of the ordered goods. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you.


If we cannot supply you with the goods you have ordered for whatever reason, we will inform you of this via email and issue a refund for you as soon as reasonably possible to the original method of payment, including refund of any relevant refundable delivery cost charges. We shall have no liability to you other than by way of refunding any and all monies paid by you to us for the goods we cannot supply.

Delivery :

Delivery is free for all orders over £75.

We'll send you regular updates regarding the delivery time of your order. Occasionally, delays can occur which are out of our control - for example courier delays, snow delays or Bank Holidays, so please bear with us. We'll try to get your order out to you as quickly as possible!

At present, most carriers are experiencing delays in both updating tracking links as well as delivering packages. In some cases, our carriers are skipping scanning packages into the tracking system until the final scan - which is delivery. This means many of our customers are not seeing tracking updates and then - voila- their package arrives. We have the same tracking information as you, but if it’s been 15 days and you still haven't seen your package (or any tracking updates), you can get in touch at contact@theskindeep.com


Risk of loss and damage of the goods passes to you on the date and time when the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address.


Where the supply of goods is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control we will be under no liability to you for such delay.


Goods that are advertised on THE SKIN DEEP site as part of a bundle promotion (e.g. 2 packs for $40) shall be dispatched as soon as they are all available. In the event that we are unable to supply any individual component of the bundle order within a reasonable time, you will be emailed and advised that your order will be cancelled, and in the event that you have paid for the goods we cannot deliver, we shall refund you the value of the goods we cannot supply to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellation:

Our orders are transmitted directly to our fulfillment centres, and canceling depends on the timing. You may attempt to cancel your order at any time before it is processed by emailing support@theskindeep.com. If the goods have not been dispatched and we have sufficient time to prevent dispatch, we will not dispatch the goods and will refund your original method of payment. In the event that you cancel your order too late for us to prevent dispatch, or after the goods have already been dispatched, please check our refund policy here.

Returns and Refunds:

You have 30 days to return unopened, unwanted products for a full refund (minus the original cost of shipping). If you’d like to return your order, please get in touch within 30 days of your purchase so we can send you a return label at your expense. Please note that we can only offer refunds if your card deck is in its original, unopened condition.

Lost In Transit Orders:

Our fulfillment center only allows us to file claims for lost-in-transit orders once carriers fail to update their tracking links for 15 consecutive days. If this happens, we can either issue you a refund for your order or send a new order out to you. Please let us know after 15 days if you've still not received your package.

Damaged Orders:

Sometimes packages can get treated a little roughly by carriers. Drop us a line at contact@theskindeep.com and we’ll be happy to discuss reshipping your order or offering a full refund.

Refunds for Late-Delivered Orders:

If you paid for express shipping and did not receive your parcel in a reasonable time, drop us a line at contact@theskindeep.com and we'd be happy to issue a refund for the difference had you paid for regular shipping.

Refunds for Errors in Orders:

We're so sorry, but sometimes our fulfillment center makes mistakes (we're only human, after all). Drop us a line here and we'll immediately send you the proper items or refund you in full.

Refunds for Stolen Orders:

We're so sorry your package was taken, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do once the carrier has delivered the box. We suggest taking a claim up with the delivery service to see if they will reimburse you. Mail thieves are the pits, but we can only hope they'll use {THE AND} card game to look inwardly and discover more about themselves (and realize they should stop taking other people's’ mail).

Misuse of THE SKIN DEEP Website:

It goes without saying that you shouldn't misuse or tamper with our website, services...or steal our customers' data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence and THE SKIN DEEP will report any such activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We recommend using virus protection software when browsing the web. THE SKIN DEEP is not responsible for breach of data as a result of misuse of our site, such as hacking, illegal or immoral use, or attempting to access information.

Intellectual Property:

THE SKIN DEEP owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on our website, within our shop and all content. You are not permitted to use THE SKIN DEEP or {THE AND} logos, any THE SKIN DEEP brand/trademark assets, or our website or content without express permission.

It's allowed to promote THE SKIN DEEP if you have written permission from us, and if the content is fair and legal and doesn't ruin our reputation. Do not link THE SKIN DEEP to any form of endorsement if no arrangement exists."
"Password/Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. THE SKIN DEEP shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.


Save in the case of death or personal injury due to the negligence of THE SKIN DEEP or where we have acted fraudulently, our total liability to you for any losses suffered by you will be limited to either the amount paid by you for the purchase of the relevant product, or to the provision of a replacement of the product concerned (where the original is returned to us).

THE SKIN DEEP accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by us (or our employees, agents or subcontractors) where such loss is: (i) not a foreseeable result to both you and us (as at the time that you submit your order) of a breach of the relevant legal duty by us; (ii) related to a business; or, (iii) related to loss or damage to premises or property unless caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

The above limitations on our liability do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for the use of the goods that you obtain from us. We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law, for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to your use or attempted use of the goods in countries outside the United Kingdom.

Except in respect of a payment obligation, neither of us will be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation owed to the other due to causes beyond its reasonable control, for example, industrial disputes, fire, storms, failings of the internet or public communications networks, or technical difficulties.


We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of THE SKIN DEEP website (including our Ts&Cs) at any time. These terms and our dealings with you are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All notices shall be given to us, by email or by post to our addresses provided above. All notices sent by email will be deemed to have been received on the day that they are sent or, if sent on a national holiday in England or on a Saturday or Sunday, the next working day (following the day on which the email was sent). All notices sent by post will be deemed to have been received 3 working days after the date of posting.
